Speed Flying

Speedflying is the ultimate fusion of flight and freefall — a high-adrenaline sport that combines the precision of paragliding with the speed and flow of skiing or mountain running. Using a compact, high-performance wing, pilots descend steep terrain at breathtaking speeds, skimming close to the ground in a heart-pounding dance with gravity. Whether you’re carving down snow-covered peaks or flying fast through rugged mountain lines, speedflying delivers an unmatched rush for those who crave adventure at altitude.

Gordie has been at the forefront of speedflying since its early days, playing a key role in developing the official UK teaching syllabus for the British Hang Gliding and Paragliding Association (BHPA) in 2011. Since then, we’ve trained countless aspiring pilots, equipping them with the skills and knowledge to fly safely and confidently.
